Most smoothies are meant to be drunk right away, but you can freeze it too. When freezing, opt for non-shouldered jars. If you only have shouldered jars, do not fill up to the curve. This will prevent cracking.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon blueberry powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 ripe banana frozen
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder

Preparation & Cooking Instructions

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until preferred consistency. Pour into tall glasses, sprinkle chia seeds, and then enjoy!
