Pay only $7.95 for USPS, UPS or Fedex or similar ground shipping in the 48 continental United States. Delivery generally takes 1-6 business days. We do not ship to PO/DPO/APO/FPO addresses at this time. If you are a bulk purchaser seeking 220 lbs or more contact us for commercial pricing and shipping rates. Eligible customers must select flat rate shipping in the checkout in order to receive the flat shipping rate or discount. Offer subject to change without notice. Void where prohibited.
Shipping & Handling Policy
Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days of receipt. For international orders additional information may be necessary depending on the destination. Our carrier contracts round up the weights to the next full pound. To reflect this policy we round up as well. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Canada & Mexico Orders
Nationalization, ad-valorem, taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees are not included. VAT may apply. The customer is the importer and is responsible for any paperwork or additional fees charged by the carrier or government.
International Orders
The customer is the importer and must know the import laws of their country. If you prefer to coordinate logistics please contact us before making a purchase. You may be required to pay additional international customs and brokerage fees. Nationalization, ad-valorem, taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees are not included. VAT may apply. Rainforest Supply does not include any of these fees in the pricing and is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package. Recyclable Kraft Paper Packaging
Rainforest Supply uses recyclable materials both for retail 5oz size packaging as well as the transport packaging. Mylar or similar food grade presentations are used for bulk.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
The pricing and shipping from our online points of sale for cases and 2lb, 5lb and 11lb presentations are priced for quantities up to 220 lbs so there is no need to create a wholesale account if you’re a baker, restaurant or other small business. Parcel carriers are optimal for orders below 220 lbs. Large orders over 220lbs may be better served using a logistics company, LTL trucking or freight forwarder. Bulk orders may take additional days to coordinate with the carrier.
