Ingredients for 1 serving
- 1 egg
- 1 cup oat powder
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of Ripe Banana Powder
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of sugar (alternate Panela)
- Pinch of Salt
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups oat powder
- 8 spoons of butter
- 8 tablespoons of Ripe Banana Powder
- 4 cups of milk
- 8 teaspoons of baking powder
- 4 teaspoons of sugar (alternate panela)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation & Cooking Instructions
- Blend the ingredients until you have a homogeneous batter
- Melt or spray butter in a medium-hot pan, skillet or pancake toaster or waffle maker
- Pour batter and cook for approximately 60 seconds until golden brown and fluffy
- Flip and cook the other side for about 45 seconds or until golden brown
