Banana powder pancakes are a good option for a sit-down breakfast or rolled up for a snack on the go. You can store them in your fridge for a couple of days, so if you’ve got big plans for the weekend and need to start early don’t be afraid to make them a few days in advance.

Ingredients for 1 serving

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup oat powder
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of Ripe Banana Powder
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar (alternate Panela)
  • Pinch of Salt

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups oat powder
  • 8 spoons of butter
  • 8 tablespoons of Ripe Banana Powder
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 8 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 4 teaspoons of sugar (alternate panela)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation & Cooking Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients until you have a homogeneous batter
  2. Melt or spray butter in a medium-hot pan, skillet or pancake toaster or waffle maker
  3. Pour batter and cook for approximately 60 seconds until golden brown and fluffy
  4. Flip and cook the other side for about 45 seconds or until golden brown
